As a new patient at our med spa, your journey to fresher, brighter skin begins with a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, you will meet one-on-one with a member of our team to discuss your skin concerns and goals. We will also take the time to assess your skin and determine which treatment options are appropriate.

Scheduling Your Appointment
Scheduling an appointment at Ageless Remedies is convenient and easy. You can book online, call (704) 364-3332 or even stop by in person. We will work with you to find a time that fits your busy schedule.
If you are scheduling a consultation for Botox or other cosmetic and dermal fillers, you will meet with Dr. Greenberg or our nurse practitioner, Rajul Parekh. If you have a preference as to who you see, just let us know! We are happy to accommodate.
If you are booking a hair restoration consultation, you will see Rajul. All other facial and laser consultations are handled by our highly skilled medical aestheticians.
Preparation
In anticipation of your consultation, we will text or email you a link to complete your med spa new patient paperwork online—no printing necessary. This paperwork will ask about any medications you are taking, past treatment and surgeries and any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
We will also want to learn more about your aesthetic goals. Are you tired of your fine lines and wrinkles? Do you want to reduce acne breakouts? Is a scar affecting your self-confidence? No matter your concerns, we can create a treatment plan tailored to you.
Consultation
At Ageless Remedies, we understand that taking the first step toward your skincare goals can be daunting. That’s why our consultations are designed to be easy, stress-free and efficient, taking only 45 minutes of your time. Here’s what to expect from the consultation process at our med spa:
Check-In
On the day of your consultation, we ask that you arrive on time and have completed all necessary paperwork. This helps us thoroughly assess your skin.
One-On-One Meeting
After you are checked in, you will meet with a member of our med spa staff. Depending on your treatment, you may meet with Dr. Greenberg, our nurse practitioner, or one of our highly skilled medical aestheticians.
During your one-on-one meeting, we will discuss your skincare concerns, aesthetic goals, and medical history in detail.
Personalized Recommendations
After learning more, our expert team will recommend a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include a single intervention or a combination of complementary therapies.
In our discussion of potential treatment options, we encourage you to ask lots of questions about treatment outcomes, side effects, pain management protocols, recovery times, and everything in between. Treatment Scheduling
After your consultation, our front desk staff will work with you to schedule a convenient appointment.
If you are scheduling a Botox or filler appointment, you may be able to receive treatment the very same day. If we don’t have availability the same day, we will schedule an appointment within one week. For more time-intensive laser treatments, we can typically schedule an appointment within two weeks.
Treatment
Before your treatment, our skilled skin care professionals will provide pre-procedure instructions. These instructions vary but may include avoiding certain skincare products, as well as avoiding sun exposure.
During your treatment, our priority is your well-being. Our dedicated team will go above and beyond to create a supportive environment, ensuring you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
Post-Treatment Care and Follow-Up
Once your treatment is complete, we will provide post-treatment guidelines. These guidelines help minimize side effects, foster recovery and allow you to achieve optimal results. Depending on your treatment plan, we may schedule follow-up appointments or additional sessions.

At Ageless Remedies, we recommend that patients wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you are receiving a facial treatment or other skincare procedure, it's also best to arrive with no makeup.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure we can give our full attention to each client and open up appointment slots for others who need them, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to the credit card on file if we receive less than 24 hours notice or if a patient fails to show up for their appointment.
Is cell phone use permitted?
To create a truly tranquil experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you put your phone on silent during your visit. If you need to make an urgent call, we have a quiet space outside the building available for your use.
Can I return an unused product?
For your convenience, we offer exchanges for unused products within seven days of purchase. You'll receive merchandise credit to use towards future purchases. Please note: prescription line products, series, and packages cannot be returned or exchanged.
What payment options are available?
