We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or if a patient fails to show up for an appointment, a charge of $50 will be applied to the credit card on file for their account.
We ask that patients please refrain from taking phone calls in the spa. If you must make a personal call, please step outside. We strive to provide a relaxing environment.
We will gladly exchange your unused product within seven days from purchase date for merchandise credit only.
No returns or exchanges will be given on prescription line products, series, or packages.
