Brighten, Clarify, and Renew With Purpose

The Melanage Peel is specially formulated to reduce hyperpigmentation, melasma, and uneven skin tone through a gentle yet highly effective chemical exfoliation process. Unlike harsher peels, it’s well-tolerated across various skin types and requires minimal downtime. At Ageless Remedies, we use Melanage to safely and effectively refresh the skin’s surface, revealing a clearer, more luminous complexion with each treatment.

About Melange Chemical Peel

The Melanage chemical peel skin brightening system is a superficial chemical peel designed to improve the texture and appearance of the skin. This peel can be used on patients of most skin colors with persistent or particularly resistant pigmentation problems. It entails the application of a cream masque and an at-home regimen.

Treatment Procedure

The melanage mask is applied during an office visit and compounded freshly to ensure its potency and reliability. Prescription strength hydroquinone deters the development of melanin production while Retinoic acid accelerates cell turnover, “pushing” present pigment cells to the surface where they are sloughed off. The application of the mask takes approximately 20 minutes, and there is no pain and little to no discomfort.

The mask is removed at home by the patient after a required length of time, depending on skin type. Afterwards, patients are responsible for adhering to an easy-to-follow but strict at-home regimen involving the application of several Melange post-peel products.

Results

You may experience slight redness after the removal of the mask. The redness may last for the next 10-14 days. Approximately 48 hours after the treatment, your skin will start peeling, generally lasting three to five days. You MUST follow the at-home regimen for optimal results. You will be provided, at no charge, with an at-home skincare product kit
